Information was shared about the causes of exam anxiety, the function of anxiety in human life, and the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that arise during the exam period, with the participation of Associate Professor Dr. Serap Özdemir Bişkin from the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling of the Faculty of Education. The thoughts that trigger students' anxiety during the exam period were addressed, and suggestions were made for questioning these thoughts and developing more functional perspectives. Additionally, strategies were emphasized to help students recognize their own values, focus on their goals, and progress towards their objectives despite the anxiety they experience during the exam process.
